After the ceremony, an impromptu photo session captured spectacular sunset beach wedding memories before returning for the catered wedding reception in the courtyard of the Sunseeker. The staff allowed the wedding couple to utilize the entire courtyard during the evening for their private wedding with reception following. 14 wedding guest attendees stayed onsite for their accommodations. An added savings advantage was the ability to use the resorts tables, linen and chairs to reduce wedding equipment rental costs.

In addition to reducing wedding equipment rental fees by supplying their own string lighting and tiki torches to enhance the island ambiance for the wedding, the grooms also purchased and supplied the alcohol for their Maui wedding bar service. After a traditional champagne toast celebrating the newlyweds, our supplied Maui county licensed bartender served beer, wine and a signature cocktail to wedding guest attendees. A uniquely personal touch was arranging guests to form a tunnel/arch. As the grooms departed the master wedding suite they wound their way through the arch the guests had formed and were able to stop for personal hugs before reaching the wedding ceremony site. Following my direction, the resort staff arranged seating with an aisle for the couple to walk down as they approached the wedding ceremony. Afterwards, the resort staff combined with my professional catering staff to quickly re-arrange the seating around the reception tables while the professional wedding photographers captured the beach photo session.
